A week or two ago, I had the afternoon off and I decided to take myself on a walk through the woods. I hadn't been down to Greenwood Park to hike in a few months, and it had been much longer since I had gone by myself, just because. The light was soft, it was in the mid sixties (my ideal temperature), and the leaves were just beginning to change colors.

I walked for an hour or two, stopping along the way whenever something caught my eye that I wanetd to capture. I challenged myself to take photos exhibiting good use of light, texture, and compostion, instead of just blindly snapping away at pretty things I saw. I'm happy with this collection of images from my walk, and thankful that you came to take a peek! So thank you.
